A game between nature and design, they give us the final visual result of the beautiful swimming pools<\/strong><\/a> her biotopos eco solutions. Swimming lakes<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

The concept was born in Austria, by Peter Petrich, in the early 80s and to date more than 20,000 have been built in Europe.<\/p>\n

Swimming lakes<\/h2>\n\"\"\n

The swimming pool <\/a><\/strong>is an ecologically conscious alternative to the a pool construction<\/a>, where the use of chlorine or any other chemical, has been replaced by the movement of water through biological filters and plants, resulting in the water being alive and clean.<\/p>\n

The lake consists of two zones, the swimming zone and the regeneration zone, where aquatic plants grow. The two zones are separated by low walls, allowing water to move throughout the lake.<\/p>\n

The walls protect the swimming zone from the spreading of plants towards it and the falling of soil. These two surfaces (zones) must have at least an equal surface, while the result is optimized as the surface of the plant zone increases. <\/em>The plants feed on dead swimmers' cells and algae, keeping the water clean and alive.<\/em><\/p>\n\"Swimming\n

The structure is insulated with a membrane <\/em>FPP<\/em> to avoid possible leaks. The color of the membrane is green (<\/em>olive<\/em> green<\/em>) on the one hand to "bond" with the environment, on the other hand to avoid the cleaning of the algae with great frequency - since the water is alive and a small amount of algae settles on the walls.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n

Surface water flows through a <\/em>skimmer<\/em> with curved grill on the plastic (<\/em>PP<\/em>) pump well. The "filtered" water of the regeneration zone ends up in the same area.<\/em><\/p>\n

The water then enters the lake through "springs" or streams.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n

All mechanical parts are placed under the <\/em>deck<\/em> without the need to build a concrete pumping station.<\/em><\/p>\n\"\"\n

Swimming lakes<\/h2>\n

Converting an existing pool into a swimming pool can be done in the following ways:<\/em><\/p>\n

  1. The pool is divided in half and the two zones are created.<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. The revitalization zone is created next to the pool or in a more remote area and the two elements are joined by underground piping or a surface stream.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
