Heating the pool water<\/a> it actually extends by 2-3 months the swimming season which is usually from May to September in Greece. Pool heating<\/a><\/p>\n

Swimming pool heating<\/a> can be done all year round, but because in winter the outside temperatures are very low, maintaining the desired temperature at 27-28\u00baC<\/span>, requires significantly larger amounts of energy.<\/p>\n

Heat losses<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The heat that the pool water has is lost to the environment in the following ways:<\/p>\n\"ola-gia-ti-thermansi\"\n

1. From the pool walls to the surrounding area.<\/p>\n

2. From the addition of fresh water to top up.<\/p>\n

3. Heat loss to the ambient air. The greater the temperature difference between the air and the pool water, the greater amounts of heat are lost from the pool water.<\/p>\n

4. Heat loss due to evaporation. About 70% of the pool's heat is lost to evaporation.<\/p>\n

5. Heat loss due to wind. The stronger the air currents are over the surface of the pool, the greater the evaporation and therefore the heat loss. From studies done, it has been found that using an isothermal cover can reduce evaporative heat loss and save energy (less consumption of electricity, oil, natural<\/p>\n

gas etc.). The saving that can be achieved is about 50%. For this reason, when the pool water is heated, it is necessary to have an isothermal cover to reduce heat losses to the environment.<\/p>\n

Pool size: up to 70 m<\/span>3 (with isothermal)<\/p>\n

Cable 5X6mm<\/span>2: from the house panel to the heating panel.<\/p>\n

Cable 5X6mm<\/span>2: from the heating panel to the recirculation machine.<\/p>\n

In case the distance from the panel to the machine exceeds 15<\/p>\n

m<\/span> we use 5X10 cablemm<\/span>2.<\/p>\n

Hydraulic waits<\/p>\n

They are not required.<\/p>\n

Space requirements<\/p>\n

The electric heating system is placed inside the recirculation machine<\/p>\n

without addition by<\/span>\u2013pass<\/span> and works with all types of pump (except<\/p>\n

pump 11m<\/span>3 \/h<\/span>) .<\/p>\n

Observations<\/p>\n

The pool size (70m<\/span>3) has been calculated for a private outdoor pool with<\/p>\n

isothermal cover for swimming season 15 May to 15 September.<\/p>\n\"\"\n

2. Heat exchanger<\/h2>\n

heating (or 5X1.5mm<\/span>2 NYL<\/span> optional if there is a requirement to start the boiler).<\/p>\n

heating automation.<\/p>\n

Two pipes PVC<\/span> \u03a650 10 atm<\/span>, insulated with Armaflex<\/span> 9X<\/span>54mm<\/span> from the alternator<\/p>\n

to the fitting positions in the pump chamber of the recirculation machine.<\/p>\n

Two copper pipes \u03a628 or \u03a635, insulated with Armaflex<\/span> 13X<\/span>28 or 13X35 from<\/p>\n

boiler room to the alternator.<\/p>\n

Space requirements<\/p>\n

Height: 1.80 Width: 1.60 Depth: 0.60<\/p>\n

The space should be watertight, easily accessible and secured by<\/p>\n

unauthorized access.<\/p>\n

Pool Heating: Limitations<\/h2>\n

1. The distance of the exchanger from the recirculation system must not<\/p>\n

exceeds 12m<\/span>.<\/p>\n

2. H<\/span> height difference between the exchanger and the recirculation machine<\/p>\n

must not be greater than 3m<\/span>.<\/p>\n

3. There is no restriction on the height difference between the alternator and the<\/p>\n

boiler room.<\/p>\n

4. Attention !!! Cannot be fitted with 25\/50 pumpm<\/span>3 or lower<\/p>\n

performance, due to a large reduction in pressure. It is recommended to use<\/p>\n

pump 25m<\/span>3 or 35m<\/span>3.<\/p>\n

5<\/p>\n

Calculation table of suitable alternator<\/h2>\n

Observations<\/p>\n

1. The above calculations have been made for a private outdoor pool without an isothermal cover.<\/p>\n

2. In an indoor pool if the room temperature remains higher than the pool water temperature,<\/p>\n

the heating expenditure is reduced by approximately 30%.<\/p>\n

models that can be installed indoors (engine room).<\/p>\n
