Having her body submerged up to the shoulders, she works all parts of it evenly due to the resistance and reduces her weight only to 10%.<\/p>\n<p>Also, the hydrostatic pressure affecting all the organs and especially the cardiovascular benefits from a venous inversion, as a result of which it keeps the heart rates low.
