A white box, a habitat platform and the space created between the two elements compose this work. State-of-the-art residence in Peru. The box is separated from the base<\/a> creating a large space open to the landscape.<\/p>\n

The white block contains the master bedroom, which runs across the front of the house, with sea views, and the two guest bedrooms, located at the rear of the plot. These three rooms are organized<\/a> around a hall, which reaches up to the staircase and connects all three levels.<\/p>\n\"\"\n

The "space between" of the first level contains all the social spaces (living room, dining room and terrace room) in one large space, fully integrated. This is the access level to the project.<\/p>\n

State-of-the-art residence in Peru<\/h2>\n

Additionally, within this space is a box, painted purple, that contains all the service space, including the kitchen.<\/p>\n

In the basement you can find the two remaining bedrooms of the family, along with the den. Such spaces are organized around the staircase and connected to the terrace with a view of the sea. The house has the following spaces:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Basement: Living room, bedroom 4 with bathroom, bedroom 5 with bathroom, terrace (allowing access to both bedrooms), staircase leading to the first level.<\/p>\n\"State-of-the-art\n

2. Ground floor: courtyard \/ parking, hall, living room, kitchen, living room with barbecue and sunbathing area, swimming pool, bedroom and service bathroom, laundry \/ drying room, guest bathroom, staircase to the second level<\/p>\n

3. Second level: Master bedroom with balcony, master bathroom with walk-in closet, bedroom 2 with bathroom, bedroom 3 with bathroom and hall receipt at the arrival of the staircase.<\/p>\n
