1. Waterproof concrete with admixture CC 189 or CC 198<\/h2>\n

The concrete must be sealed<\/strong><\/a> definitely in its mass with admixed mass sealant Ceresit CC 189<\/a> the CC 198<\/a>. The cement content of the concrete must not be less than 350 kg\/m3<\/sup> for concrete with a maximum square grain of 31.5mm and 400kg\/m3<\/sup> for concrete with a maximum grain size of 16mm square cross-section. The granulometric curve of the aggregate mixture must be in sub-zone D and as close as possible to the middle line of this sub-zone. The N\/T ratio must not exceed 0.58 for a cement content of 350 kg\/m3 and 0.5 for a content of 400 kg\/m3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Compaction must be done with great care and wetting must begin immediately after laying and last at least 14 days.<\/p>\n

After the last concreting, all the concrete is wetted four times a day for four days, three times a day for a week and once a day for a week. Trypoxyl, styrofoam or other materials are prohibited on the walls and bottom of the pool and overflow tank.<\/p>\n

If the walls of the pool are not concreted together with the bottom (suit), then the minimum possible time must elapse between the concretings, while the part that has already been concreted must be continuously wetted.
\nConcrete break joints: In contrast to the basement, every concrete break joint in tanks is constantly under maximum hydrostatic stress. When these joints are foreseen in the construction, it is mandatory to place an elastic joint membrane on the formwork in advance. The placement is shown on the side. If such joints occur, without placing a membrane, then we open them with a trowel preferably from the water side and seal them with the material CX 1<\/a><\/p>\n

2. Fast-setting sealing cement CX 5<\/h2>\n\"pisina_ceresit_2\"\n

Repair:<\/strong> any imperfections in the concrete to be sealed with a fast-setting sealing cement type Ceromax 5<\/a>. If there is a water leak at the time of application, use it Ceromax 1<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Application:<\/strong> i) We open the hole in the form of a truncated cone. Wet the surface.<\/p>\n

ii) Form the sealing mass on the trowel with water and press it for 2-3 minutes.<\/p>\n

3. Sealing with spreadable cementitious CR 65<\/h2>\n\"pisina_ceresit_3\"\n

Wet the surface until saturation \u2013 Brush the mixture of the material consisting of a bag (25 kg) CR 65<\/a> + 5.5 lit water + 1 lit CC 81<\/a>. We always add the powder to the liquids, not the other way around. If it is a potable water tank, the mixture consists of a bag (25 kg) CR 65<\/a> + 6.5 liters of water. The second hand is spread with a spatula, with the same proportions after 2-3 hours after slightly wetting the surface. If a third coat is required, it should be done again with a brush. On its surface CR 65<\/a> followed by throwing to achieve adhesion of the leveling cement mortar. To do this, however, it must be completely dry CR 65<\/a> (1 week).<\/p>\n
