It is necessary that at least three (3) hours have passed between your last meal and the time you enter the sea. At the same time, do not swim if you are completely fasted, because your body will not have the energy required to swim and stay in the sea.<\/li>\n<li>Never drink alcoholic beverages before swimming.<\/li>\n<li>Do not stay in the sun for a long time, because you risk sunburn and burns.<\/li>\n<li>Get out of the water immediately if you feel shivering, dizzy while at the same time if you get a cramp don&#039;t panic.
