In the Sichuan province of China, lies one of the busiest pools in the world, known as the "Dead Sea of China". This sea pool covers an area of 30,000 square meters and can accommodate up to 10,000 guests at a time. The lack of facilities for swimming<\/a> in the area has led to this extreme overcrowding.<\/p>\n

Excessive Urea and Bacteria Levels<\/h3>\n

According to a report by China's Ministry of Health, 10% of swimming pools in the country exceed safe levels of urea, with the "Dead Sea of China" having bacteria rates as high as 92.3%, and coli bacteria at 96.9%. These levels pose a serious risk to swimmers, with reported cases of pool water poisoning.<\/p>\n
