PENETRON\u00ae SEAL COAT\u2122 is a cement-based, polymer-modified sealant for high-demand surface coatings. It forms the basis of SEAL COAT\u2122 SYSTEMS, for waterproofing and protecting concrete and other surfaces from water penetration. After application, the material cures within 3-4 hours, while it requires 24 hours to fully cure and form a hard sealing layer, which becomes an integral part of the surface. SEAL COAT\u2122 SYSTEMS can be used on any type of masonry that requires waterproofing. It is extremely effective in masonry, either applied as a final waterproofing layer, or mixed with clean aggregate sand, for waterproofing, whose finished surface will be subjected to heavy stress (such as exterior basement walls). The aggregates it contains are of such a grade that they help close the holes in the concrete easily. SEAL COAT\u2122 SYSTEMS can also be used to eliminate the time-consuming and expensive method of sanding surfaces to achieve a smooth and uniform surface. They also provide a uniform and cohesive appearance to masonry and concrete surfaces. SEAL COAT\u2122 SYSTEMS are an ideal solution for waterproofing surfaces made of concrete, cement mortar, stone, brick and other types of masonry. PENETRON\u00ae SEAL COAT\u2122 is designed to mix only with water and can be combined with the excellent PENECRYL\u2122 ELASTIC emulsion technology to produce a range of waterproofing solutions, depending on the requirements. SEAL COAT\u2122 SYSTEMS can be applied to internal and external walls, underground or above ground. It is applied depending on the requirements of the project as: a) porous concrete sealant, after mixing each bag, with only ~5.7-6.0 Kg of water or for increased adhesion by mixing 4 Kg of water and ~2 Kg of PENETRON\u00ae adhesion booster ACRYLIC BONDCRETE\u2122, b) flexible two-component system by mixing 2-3 Kg of water and 4 Kg of PENECRYL\u2122 ELASTIC elasticizer. It can be applied to concrete, mortar, brick or stone surfaces with a moderate requirement of mobility and capillary crack bridging, c) elastic waterproofing system and resistance to external conditions and UV, by mixing only 12 Kg of PENECRYL\u2122 ELASTIC mortar elasticizer.
