The product can be used on the concrete construction site in powder form, by direct addition to the dry aggregate mixture (on the conveyor), before adding water or by adding it to the barrel, on the construction site, immediately after pumping (with an electric mixer) with water, in the special mixing containers with a doser. Mixing ratio with water: mix well \u00bd bag of 18 Kg in 11.5 L of water. The small package of 3.75 Kg container is convenient for producing waterproof mortars or small quantities of concrete in a small concrete mixer. Mixing time in a barrel or small concrete mixer is at least 5 min. It also contains a special detectable pigment (green) indicator for laboratory control of correct dosage.<\/p>\n
PENETRON ADMIX\u00ae P is an upgraded, chemically active, crystal-forming concrete admixture for use in low carbon footprint cement conditions.<\/strong><\/p>\n The recommended ratio of PENETRON ADMIX\u00ae P for permanently waterproof concrete is 0.8-1 % wt. of cement. For a typical concrete composition of ~300 Kg of cement, we use 3 Kg of product powder per m\u00b3 of concrete. E.g. for a 9 m\u00b3 barrel we will use: 3 Kg x 9=27 Kg, i.e. 1\u00bd bags of PENETRON ADMIX\u00ae P. For convenience, the bags are cut in half, so we mix 3 half bags in 3 corresponding mixing containers with 11.5 L of water, each.
