The bike offers 3 levels of resistance. After setting the desired level, place it in the water. The resistance of the bike combined with the resistance offered by the water creates the ideal conditions for a real workout. The rotation rate remains constant and the water environment helps in this.
By increasing the rotation frequency (rpm), the training intensity also increases. When cycling on an ergometer, training at a very high rotational frequency sometimes leads to errors in pedaling technique.
