Regulating pool chemicals

Sometimes we need to add chemicals to bring the water back to ideal conditions. PH and chlorine levels must be adjusted regularly as these tend to change with weather conditions and pool use. When, for example, the PH is 8.0 the chlorine efficiency is only 20%, and when the PH is 8.5 then it drops to 8%. And correspondingly when the PH is less than 7.0, then the Chlorine exceeds 120%!
